Jak Holendrzy kuszą Polaków ?
Thursday, June 21st, 2007Dostałem niedawno maila z propozycją dopisania swojego CV do bazy danych jednej z holenderskich firm rekrutujących konsultantów i programistów SAP.
Zaciekawiło mnie profesjonalne podeście do pracowników z innego kraju.
We do like to mention already the conditions under which our people are employed.
a. a basic salary of € 3.500 minimum ( higher is negotiable for
higher staff)
b. a high bonus via a function-related bonus system
c. paid housing, fully furnished
d. company car/first class public transport card
e. paid medical insurance
f: paid liability insurance
g. tax compensation via tax-free scheme EMM ( allowed via Dutch Tax
Office)
h. all documentation supplied and legal status for employee and family
i. social program ( concerts, polish television, going out, culture, sports, client user groups etc)
j. free language education
k. help with school for children ( Dutch and Polish schools)
l. help with work for partner/wife/husband
m. emergency aid card
n. personal contact officer at EMM
o. controlled maximum work week
p. 5 weeks paid vacation ( extra days can be bought or sold)
q. subsidized airline tickets to major polish airports at Christmas and Easter
r. contacts with polish churches and polish supermarkets, stores, libraries etc
s. and off course…. professional and personal respect.
Our offer is at least 20% better than the current level of the major Dutch IT companies.
Since we are able to give extra tax compensation to our personnel, the advantage just gets bigger.
In essence our personnel have their income to use just for food, drink and social expenditures.
On average our people are easily able to save between € 40.000 and € 60.000 a year.
To us, it is not only important what you earn but also what you are able to save or use freely.
Living conditions in the Netherlands are quite good and easy and connections to Poland are quite good as well.
Best of all is the good atmosphere and company culture which we have at EMM European Network Solutions.
Having a Lech or a Zywiec on Friday afternoon, watching the Polish football team in the Polish pub, our own sports teams, watching Polish television ( cyfra+), taking your children to the Polish school for Andrzejki or flying back to Poland for Easter with the family. We arrange for it all !
